• Backtagging: Sure!
• Threadjacking: As long as everyone in the thread gives permission, sure!
• Fourthwalling: Probably easier if nobody tells him he's fictional, but since the content of his series is posted to YouTube in-universe, I'd be fine with somebody recognizing him from the internet.

IC: 

• Romance with this character: As a mun, I'd prefer to keep things platonic. 
• Hugging this character: I doubt he'd be a fan, but I'm fine with it. 
• Kissing this character: He's not a very touchy person. It'd probably make him uncomfortable, but characters can try. 
• Flirting with this character: It'd probably go so far over his head it'd land in the next zip code.  
• Performing the Horizontal Mambo with this character: No thank you. 
• Fighting with this character: Sure! 
• Injuring this character: Basically anything's fine by me, though I'd want to give permission if it would result in any major changes to the way the character operates (being permanently blinded, losing a limb, etc.)
• Killing this character: Please check with me first!
• Using telepathy/mind control on this character: Please check with me first. He comes with some significant baggage, and he's been through mind control-like business before. 
• Warnings: His canon's pretty disturbing, so he comes with some significant warnings. Some major ones include: severe anxiety, obsessive thought patterns, hallucinations, seizures, internalized unhealthy opinions re. mental health (refusing medication, denying serious symptoms, tactlessly discussing others' mental health, etc.), significant memory loss, and mind control/influence
